Here are the top five stories today in Tampa:

1. PGA Tour Superstore, the nation's leading experiential golf retailer, is opening its 51st location in Tampa on Saturday, February 5th at 9 a.m. at 13210 North Dale Mabry Highway. The store will offer $30,000 in giveaways throughout opening weekend including iron sets, drivers, putters, men and women's apparel, and more. (Tampa Patch)

2. The Temple Terrace City Council voted to terminate the contract of now-former city manager, Charles Stephenson. The vote came a day after the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Community Development director Amir Anisi for alleged bribery and misconduct. (Fox 13 Tampa)

3. The "2022 Barbie Malibu Truck Tour" will stop by Westshore Plaza for one day only on Saturday, February 5th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The merchandise truck will feature an array of new 70s-theme Malibu Barbie beach apparel and accessories, including Barbie-logo embroidered denim jackets, logo hoodies, tie-dye bucket hats, and more. 4. Super Hot Asian & BBQ has opened inside the old Fushia restaurant at 5317 Amberly Drive. The menu has unique choices, such as Sichuan cumin lamb chop, deep fried chicken with chili, cumin fish, and salt and pepper shrimp. Less spicy options are available. (That's So Tampa)

5. Growth land zoning applications continue to be frozen in the rural area of Balm in southern and eastern Hillsborough County after an extension on a moratorium. A lawsuit filed claims rules which said developers could provide additional land for community resources in exchange for increased housing densities were illegal and harm current property owners.
