1. One person was hospitalized in critical condition after carbon monoxide leaked into a Tampa apartment complex on Friday. Tampa Fire Rescue crews were called to the Oaks at Riverview apartments in the 7500 block of North Florida Avenue just after 10:45 a.m. and found a man unconscious in his apartment on the second floor. Two people were also taken to the hospital in stable condition. A representative of the Tampa Housing Authority arrived on the scene and is investigating the incident as well. (Tampa Patch)

2. State Sen. Jeff Brandes, R-St. Petersburg, is asking Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to call for special session on homeowners insurance. "People are opening their reinsurance bills, their renewal bills, right now and seeing that their rates have gone up sometimes 30%, sometimes 100%," said Brandes. (WFLA)

3. Bello Kitchen and Bar on Franklin Street and two other businesses have scaled back hours after a deadly shooting. It will now close at 10 p.m. and only be open for brunch on Sundays. Bar owner NZ Polycarpe made his concerns known during the last community forum on gun violence hosted by Tampa Police. (Bay News 9)

4. A man who was rescued from a sinking vessel on Lake Seminole Friday afternoon died while trying to recover the boat several hours later, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. 39-year-old Sean Thomas drowned while trying to recover his sinking boat with a friend. The incident is under investigation. (Fox 13 Tampa)

5. Innings Festival at Raymond James Stadium is bringing music and baseball to Tampa this weekend. Along with music, several former major leaguers are making appearances and there are baseball activities all around. Green Day and the Lumineers are headlining the 2-day event in the fields south of Raymond James Stadium. (ABC Action News)
