Here are the top five stories today in Tampa:

1. The Tampa Bay Lightning clinched the team's third consecutive Stanley Cup Final berth after defeating the New York Ranger 2 to 1 in the Eastern Conference Final at Amalie Arena in downtown Tampa on Saturday. The Bolts will now advance into the Stanley Cup Finals against the Colorado Avalanche. (ABC Action News)

2. Tampa Police Department is investigating after the body of an adult male was found floating in a river Saturday morning. Police were called to the area of Florida Avenue and River Shore shortly after 9 a.m. for reports of a body in the water. (Fox 13)

3. The strawberry supermoon will appear late tonight and remain in the sky until Tuesday morning when it will reach its full illumination at 7:52 a.m. Residents in Tampa Bay should look to the southeast to see it. The strawberry moon will be the brightest moon of the year. (WFLA)

4. Tampa Bay's two biggest tourism agencies will be working to woo Europeans to the Tampa area when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers become the first NFL team to host a game in Germany this fall. Visit St. Pete/Clearwater and Visit Tampa Bay will host activations through the week leading up to the event. (Subscription: Tampa Bay Business Journal)

  • Debris came crashing down from the Opal Sands Resort in Clearwater early Saturday morning after lightning struck the building, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department. Police said one vehicle was hit by the debris which caused extensive damage to the front end. (WFLA)
