Tampa Bay Taco Week Now Underway; Local Taco Deals Abound
The 10-day affair gives diners the opportunity to try something new and support local businesses at the same time.
TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay Taco Week is now underway and presented by Creative Loafing Tampa Bay. The food week is one of many organized by the outlet with a focus on featuring local restaurants and giving people a chance to eat at places they might not normally enjoy.
Guests can enjoy food and drink specials at participating restaurants until Sunday, April 10th, 2022. Participating restaurants include 7th + Grove, American Social, Ato Burritos + Bowls, Caracara, Dr. BBQ, Datz, Los Chapos Tacos, Gallito, Tacos Las Californias, Zukku, and more.
Diners who enjoy the deals can share a photo of their Taco Week experience on Instagram to be automatically entered to win $300+ in gift cards from Taco Week restaurants, $400 in CL Deals, & more. Those interested can tag the location, @cltampabay, and use the hashtag #TampaBayTacoWeek to be eligible to win.

The outlet is also looking for entries on what makes the ultimate taco. All participating locations are up for the award with voting happening now.
Proceeds will benefit WUSF Public Media. The mission of WUSF is "to provide meaningful and relevant content that enhances our community's quality of life." They are "committed to providing creative, entertaining, responsive, educational and trustworthy programming and dedicated to serving our listeners and viewers for years to come."
