The former senior legislative aide to Tampa City Councilman Orlando Gudes has filed a lawsuit accusing him of "egregious acts of sexual harassment and mental abuse" directed toward her, her underage daughter and college-age interns who worked in Gudes' office. 4. Hillsborough County has millions of dollars to use for affordable housing, but leaders cannot agree on how to use the money.
