TAMPA, FL — The Tampa Police Department is asking residents for help locating a missing 48-year-old man.   According to the agency, Robert Alan Diaz was last seen around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 27. Diaz was last seen at his home in the Skypoint Condos on Ashley Drive.  Police say he may be driving a silver convertible 1981 Mercedes Roadster. The two-door vehicle has Florida tag number BW0348.  Diaz was last seen wearing a black polo T-shirt and jeans. He stands about 5-foot-7 and weighs an estimated 140 pounds. Diaz has brown, balding hair and brown eyes.
