  1. Tampa Police Department is investigating a juvenile shooting that they said happened at 4:05 a.m. Tuesday morning in the 8700 block of Del Rey Court. Anyone with information related to the shooting is asked to contact authorities at 813-231-6130 or share a tip through Tip411 using the TampaPD app. (Tampa Patch)
  2. Police are searching for three people accused of stealing wallets from unsuspecting shoppers at two Publix locations in Tampa. The first of three incidents happened at the Publix located at 4900 W Kennedy Blvd. just before 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 11. Anyone with information is asked to contact authorities. (WFLA)
  3. The TECO Line Streetcar system in Tampa is boosting peak hour service starting this weekend on Sunday. The streetcar will begin picking up riders every 12 minutes from 1-9 p.m. on weekends from Friday to Sunday. The increase in frequency during peak hours is to help support increased ridership on the weekends for the popular service. (Creative Loafing Tampa)
  4. Manga Tea, a manga and anime-themed bubble tea cafe, is opening soon in Tampa's Carrollwood neighborhood. An opening date is planned for April 1 at 5330 Ehrlich Road Suite 133. Decor will feature colorful anime posters and traditional Japanese lanterns. (That's So Tampa)
  5. An American Airlines flight bound for Tampa from Virginia was diverted for an emergency landing Monday afternoon after a technical problem with an engine. The flight crew said the Boeing 737's engine was malfunctioning. The FAA is investigating the incident. (WFLA))
