Tampa Seeks Input On Tampa Bay Boulevard Linear Park
The city will present design concepts for the planned Drew Park-area linear park at a public meeting.

TAMPA, FL – The area of Drew Park where Hillsborough Community College and Raymond James Stadium sits will soon have better access for pedestrians thanks to a planned linear park.
Now, the City of Tampa is looking for input on the park from area residents, property owners and business owners.
The City of Tampa will host a community meeting to discuss the Tampa Bay Boulevard Linear Park project on Thursday, July 20 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting is set to take place at the Hillsborough Community College Dale Mabry Campus, 4001 W. Tampa Bay Blvd, in the Student Services Buildings, Rooms 108-112.

The consulting firms for the project, Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson and David Connor and Associates, will present design concepts for the Drew Park CRA Tampa Bay Boulevard Linear Park to the community. The consultants will make a brief presentation of the conceptual designs for the park.
The meeting will then be open for comments from the community. Community members can contribute their thoughts and concerns for consideration as part of the design process.

The City of Tampa will host a second community meeting in late November or early December to review the design of the selected option.
