Here are the top five stories today in Tampa:

1. Police are searching for a man who robbed a downtown St. Petersburg Fifth Third Bank on Saturday morning. The man was wearing a yellow hard hat and a yellow construction-worker-type vest. Police said he appeared to be about 30 years old and stood around 6 feet tall. (Tampa Bay Times)

2. A new TGH Urgent Care Powered by Fast Track facility is now open in Apollo Beach. The new location has five exam rooms, a patient-friendly environment and board-certified primary care providers. (WTSP)

3. Tampa attorney Chris Ragano is now a registered sex offender after admitting he had hundreds of child pornography images and sent some of them to others across state lines. Ragano was sentenced to six months in prison and as part of the plea agreement he was given credit for time served. The sentence also includes eight years of sex offender probation, electronic monitoring of his location and no unsupervised contact with children. (WFLA)

4. Tampa officials and stakeholders met Tuesday to discuss planning for Gasparilla 2022 that expects to draw nearly 300,000 people to the area. Topics discussed included safety plans, parade routes, parking, and alternative modes of transportation, among other items. (Tampa Patch)

5. A Tampa man accused of killing his father and nearly killing his mother is launching a new insanity defense. Defendant Anthony Kaptzan made the announcement during virtual court on Monday. (Fox 13 Tampa)
