Coleman Middle School principal Michael Hoskinson, 53, and his wife Kimberly Hoskinson, 49, a Plant High School teacher, have been cleared of child abuse charges. The educators were arrested on the charges in November, accused of abusing a family member. Both resigned from the school district after their arrests, but the school district announced that both had been reinstated as school district employees. A Palm Harbor home has been determined to be "uninhabitable" because of a possible sinkhole in the Highland Estates subdivision, Pinellas County officials said. The home was found to have cracks in its foundation and also inside the home with some of the floorboards popping up and cracks in the walls. South Tampa's Sam's Club warehouse store was closed Thursday and is one of a series of locations that are closing across the country. A sign taped to a front door at the 5135 S. Dale Mabry Highway location says: "Sam's Club is closed today. We regret any inconvenience. The store will reopen tomorrow at 10 a.m." The store did reopen but a phone recording told pharmacy customers that the store will close permanently on Jan. 26. If you're a Florida resident, you can spend three days at a Walt Disney World theme park for $159 with a limited-time offer, according to the Disney website. A 20-year-old Port Richey man has come forward to claim last week's $450 million Mega Millions jackpot, according to his lawyers. Shane Missler, 20, was the single winner in the Jan. 5 Mega Millions drawing.
The winning jackpot ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven on Ridge Road in Port Richey. Missler purchased a winning scratch-off lottery ticket and converted it into five Mega Million quick pick tickets. The winning combination was on the fourth number, according to a statement from his lawyers. Port Richey Man, 20, Claims $450 Million Mega Millions Jackpot
