MOTORCYCLE GANGS: Three motorcycle gang members have been arrested in the death of a rival gang leader who was killed Thursday afternoon in a shooting on a Suncoast Parkway exit ramp, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco said. The shooting occurred in the area of the Suncoast Parkway and State Road 54.

PREGNANT WOMAN DIES: Clearwater police arrested a man in the drive-by shooting death of a 30-year-old pregnant woman who was killed Sunday night, Dec. 17, in the 1500 block of Scranton Avenue, police said. Elizabeth Rosado of Palm Harbor was riding in the car with her husband, their 10-year-old daughter and her brother when the shooting occurred. The alleged shooter told police he became paranoid that he was about to be robbed and shot with a high-powered rifle into the car hitting Rosado. JAIL SEX CASE: A Tampa attorney accused of having sex with female inmates and filming the sex acts at the Pinellas County Jail now faces additional charges for a similar incident in the Hillsborough County jail. A warrant was issued Thursday for Andrew B. Spark, 55, on charges of introduction or possession of contraband in a detention facility and solicitation for prostitution in Hillsborough. LATVALA RESIGNS: State Sen. Jack Latvala resigned Wednesday after a Florida Senate investigation found a complaint he inappropriately touched a woman on several occasions was likely true. Earlier in the day, Gov. Rick Scott had called on Latvala to resign. Latvala, 66, of Clearwater, delivered a letter of resignation to Senate President Joe Negron. Sen.
