U.S. Navy Reaches Out to Tampa Bay
Sailors and other Navy personnel spent last week performing community service as part of U.S. Navy Outreach Week.

Navy sailors and personnel traveled throughout the Tampa Bay area April 1-6 as part of an outreach program commemorating U.S. Navy Outreach Week.
The Navy members were from United States Central Command, Navy Operational Support Center Tampa and Navy Recruiting District Miami.
They gave presentations to civic groups and visited different community service organizations, sharing the message about why it's important to have a strong Navy.

Some of the stops included the Joe & Anne Garcia Salesian Boys and Girls Club, Wilbert Davis Belmont Heights Boys & Girls Club, Metropolitan Ministries, Horses for Handicapped and Habitat for Humanity.
