USF vs. Houston Football: Everything You Need To Know

Kickoff time, TV, point spread, tickets, parking, tailgating and more.

TAMPA, FL – Once again, USF’s lack of pedigree seems to have hurt its rankings in both Top 25 polls.

Despite coming off an admittedly disappointing 34-28 victory at Tulane on Oct. 21, the undefeated Bulls fell one spot in both the AP Top 25 Poll and the Amway Coaches Poll. USF and its American Athletic Conference rival UCF are the lowest-ranked undefeated teams in both polls. (To be fair, 6-0 Miami also fell one spot in the Coaches Poll after a lackluster victory over Syracuse.)

On the plus side, the Bulls extended several streaks in its victory over the Green Wave:

  • The Bulls broke their record for the best start to a season in school history
  • The Bulls defense extended their nation-leading interception count with 16
  • The Bulls extended their nation-leading FBS winning streak to 12 games
  • The Bulls broke the record for most consecutive games scoring 30 points or more (Oregon 2011-12)

USF will have a chance to get back in stride (at least in the eyes of the voters) when they face Houston in another ACC matchup. UH is coming off a 42-38 loss to No. 25 Memphis, which re-entered the AP poll this week.
