Veteran Civilian Arts Ensemble: Finding One, Seeing Me Seeing You
Straz Center presented a free show performed by veterans and civilians coming together for healing and friendship.
TAMPA, FL — After many months of veterans and civilians working together to create an artistic community, the Veteran Civilian Arts Ensemble featured an inspirational performance for families, friends and the public: Veteran Civilian Arts Ensemble Showcase: Finding One, Seeing Me Seeing You.
This free show was held in the Straz Center's TECO Theater on Saturday, April 27 from 2-3:30 p.m.
The Veteran Civilian Arts Ensemble was designed to create an opportunity for our civilian members to gain a deeper understanding of the veteran experience and engage with former active military. It also empowers our veterans to participate in an artistic experience that can support and enrich their wellbeing, aiding reintegration back to civilian life.
