Wesley Chapel Motorcyclist Killed After Losing Control On I-75

TAMPA, FL — A 78-year-old Wesley Chapel man was killed Saturday after he lost control of his motorcycle on Interstate 75.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 9 a.m. the motorcyclist was heading south on I-75 when he lost control of the motorcycle and collided with a barrier wall along the outside shoulder of the highway, north of Fletcher Avenue.

The motorcyclist died at the scene.
