ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The 22nd Avenue S. northbound entrance ramp to Interstate 275 will close Monday and Tuesday nights for a repair project, according to a city of St. Petersburg news release.

The ramp will be closed from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., weather permitting, the city said.

The closures are part of the I-275 concrete pavement repair project from 54th Avenue S. to 5th Avenue S. in Pinellas County. The construction is expected to be completed in early 2026.

Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will help motorists traveling through the area.

Drivers should expect delays and congestion during this detour, the city said.
