3 Arrested After Holding Man At Gunpoint In St. Pete Apartment: Police
Three men were charged with kidnapping after holding a man at gunpoint in his St. Petersburg apartment, police said.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Three men were arrested Monday afternoon for holding another man at gunpoint inside his apartment, St. Petersburg police said in a news release.
The suspects — 28-year-old Robert Marshall, 39-year-old Charles Rawls and 39-year-old Alex Russell — were all charged with kidnapping. Rawls was also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Witnesses saw the men holding the vitim at gunpoint just before 12:30 p.m.

Two of the men forced him inside his apartment on 4th Avenue N. and barricaded themselves inside, police said. The third suspect stayed outside as a lookout.
Initially, one suspect and the victim came out of the apartment after police responded to the area.

The second suspect surrendered just after 2 p.m., police said. There were no injuries.
At least one of the suspects knows the victim, investigators said.
