The Southeastern Guide Dogs organization's largest fundraiser returns to North Straub Park after going virtual for two years.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The Southeastern Guide Dogs' largest fundraise returns in-person Saturday to St. Petersburg following two years of virtual fundraising.

Dog love, live music and walking with your furry friend happen Saturday at North Straub Park to help the non-profit organization reach a goal of raising $250,000. According to the organization, Southeastern Guide Dogs puts money raised toward breeding, raising, training, and matching dogs to people with vision loss, veterans living with disabilities, and children with significant challenges.

A 3K walk and "Waggin' Tails Festival" kicks off at 10 a.m., and gates open at 9 a.m. A raffle drawing is scheduled at 11:30 a.m.
