Body Found Near Railroad Tracks: ID Released
St. Petersburg Police say they've identified the woman whose decomposing body was found near railroad tracks last week.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The St. Petersburg Police Department has released the identity of the woman whose body was found near railroad tracks behind a vacant building on 38th Avenue North last week.
Police say passersby in the 3000 block of 38th Avenue North found 25-year-old Samantha Walker’s body on Sept. 21. Her identity was released on Tuesday, Sept. 26. “The medical examiner is conducting an investigation into her cause of death,” an email from the police department said.
