Exotic Snakes, Saturday Market and More St. Pete Weekend Fun

Looking for something fun to do this weekend in and around the St. Petersburg area this weekend? You've come to the right place!

SPARC Amateur (Ham) Radio Club MeetingThe St. Petersburg Amateur Radio Club monthly meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, in the meeting room at The First Assembly of God Church in Pinellas Park. Saturday Morning Market in Williams Park:
  Enjoy lots of shade, free parking and about 40 regular vendors at the Saturday Morning Market, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3. 

Weedon Island Guided Hike: Visit Weedon Island Preserve for a hike through its coastal mangrove and upland ecosystems at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3. You'll learn about the coast environment and the area's early residents. Exotic Snakes at Weedon Island Preserve: Check out live exotic lizards, turtles and snakes and find out about the exotic animals that could live in your area. The event is recommended for all ages and starts at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3.


'My Name is Asher Lev'
: Catch a performance of the award-winning play, an adaptation of a modern classic, at downtown St. Pete's American Stage Theater.
