Free MREs At The Trop: Hurricane Irma Recovery
Feeding Tampa Bay plans to offer help to Hurricane Irma victims Thursday night.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — St. Petersburg area residents struggling to get their hands on food and water after Hurricane Irma blew through town will get some help Thursday evening.
Feeding Tampa Bay has plans to deliver a truckload of meals ready to eat, or MREs, Thursday night. The nonprofit group will also give out bananas and water, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department. The distribution is set to take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 14 at Tropicana Field’s Lot 6.
