Get Discounted Tampa Bay Rays Tickets With Ferry Ride
Cross-Bay Ferry riders can receive a discounted Rays ticket during home games in April.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Tampa Bay Rays fans outside of Pinellas County will have one less burden to get over to Tropicana Field during the first month of the season.
During the month of April, Cross-Bay Ferry riders will receive $10 off the price of admission at the box office to any Tampa Bay Rays home game in April. The ferry service is implementing later routes to accommodate this promotion.
The promotion started Monday, April 3, after the Rays defeated the New York Yankees 7-3 on Opening Day the previous afternoon.

As an added bonus, the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority will offer a free shuttle service from the ferry service’s dock on the St. Petersburg downtown waterfront to Tropicana Field before each home game except Friday, April 21 against the Houston Astros. Following the games, fans can ride the free baseball shuttle to one of two downtown stops, which are a short distance from the ferry dock.
The Cross-Bay Ferry departs in downtown Tampa at the Pirate Water Taxi dock, next to the Tampa Convention Center. Three public parking garages are within a five-minute walk of the dock, along with easy access to the TECO Streetcar and other public transportation.
