Luxury Apartment Complex Opens Between Downtown St. Pete, Gateway Area

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A new luxury apartment community opened at the corner of 4th Street North and 54th Avenue.

The Arya is located between downtown St. Petersburg and the Gateway business district.

The complex offers residents multiple apartment and carriage home buildings, according to a news release.

The property also offers two private ground-floor parking structures as well as a 27,000-square-foot clubhouse.

The clubhouse offers various amenities, including:

• A demonstration kitchen and resident lounge
• Media, game, and card rooms
• Co-working spaces and a business center
• A vintage arcade, Duckpin Bowling Alley and a two-story indoor rock-climbing wall
• Sky Lounge with sunset views over St. Petersburg

There is also a 3,000-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and weight-training equipment, as well as a dedicated yoga studio. Other features include a resort-style pool, sun decks, grilling stations and pickleball courts.
