Suspect Reportedly Told Police He Exposed Himself While Riding A Motorcycle

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A 19-year-old St. Petersburg man has been accused by police exposing himself in public as he rode his motorcycle Friday, and is also accused of groping three women in the Leslee Lake area, St. Pete police said.

Phillip Bainter faces charges of simple battery and exposure of sexual organs, police said.

According to officers, Bainter grabbed a female jogger's backside and then drove away and went back to her exposing his penis followed by performing a sex act on himself.

The suspect told police he exposed himself and touch women without their consent for an adrenaline rush, according to a report.
