Man Paid 13-Year-Old Girl For Pornographic Photos: Pinellas County Sheriff

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A transient man was arrested for giving a 13-year-old girl nicotine vapes and money in exchange for pornographic photos and videos, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Alexander Schnarre, 30, was charged with 13 counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of transmission of harmful material to a minor by electronic device, three counts of seduction of a child using the internet or electronic device, and three counts of unlawful use of a two-way communications device.

During their investigation, detectives found several pornographic images of the victim, as well as additional images of another 13-year-old he was communicating with through the social media platform Discord, the sheriff’s office said.

Schnarre was initially arrested Oct. 2 on an unrelated charge of possession of a controlled substance and a warrant.

Detectives tried to interview him, but he was uncooperative, the sheriff’s office said.
