St. Pete Man Charged in DUI Injury Crash
A St. Petersburg woman and Tampa man were seriously injured in a Pinellas Park crash early Sunday morning.

PINELLAS PARK, FL — A 31-year-old St. Petersburg man faces DUI charges after Pinellas Park Police say he caused a crash that has left two people in critical condition at a local hospital.
Bryce McCloud, 31, is accused of running a steady red light on Park Boulevard just before 1 a.m. Sunday. According to Pinellas Park Police, when McCloud’s Toyota Corolla entered the intersection at 43rd Street, he struck a Toyota Camry driven by Caroline Sue Sine, 34, of St. Petersburg.
Sine and her passenger, Sean R. Hankins, 36, of Tampa, were both taken to Bayfront Hospital in critical condition, an email from police said.

McCloud showed signs of impairment, prompting a DUI investigation, police said. He was ultimately charged with two counts of DUI with serious bodily injury.
Both Sine and Hankins remained in critical condition late Sunday morning, police said.

McCloud was booked into the Pinellas County Jail. He remained there in lieu of $20,000 bond Sunday morning.
