Man Killed in St. Pete Shooting Identified
St. Petersburg Police say a man died from a gunshot wound late Tuesday evening.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The St. Petersburg Police Department is investigating the Tuesday night death of a 25-year-old man.
According to the agency, the man was brought to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg around 10:18 p.m., suffering from a gunshot wound. He died from the injuries.
Police released the man's identity Wednesday afternoon. He is Lerry Danny Marius, 25, of St. Petersburg.

Police have classified the case as a homicide.
