Suspect Accused Of Killing 23-Year-Old St. Mom Captured By U.S. Marshals
The U.S. Marshals arrested a Pinellas man who escaped police custody for almost two years after officers said he shot, killed a young mom.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A suspect who had been on the run for almost two years after police accused him of killing a St. Pete mom of two in November 2020 was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Tuesday, a St. Pete police news release said.
Tyree Lamons Bell, 26, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and faces a charge of first degree murder, according to officers.
Arnieceia Milton, 23, was killed when police accused Bell of shooting from inside a vehicle at Milton and her boyfriend on Nov. 15 outside a gathering on 16th Street South. Officers said prior to the gathering, Bell had gotten into an argument with Milton's boyfriend at a different location. Milton had not been part of the confrontation, and was a bystander when bullets struck her.
