Suspect in Home Invasion Homicide Sought
A first-degree murder warrant was issued for 23-year-old Justin Maurice Hart.

St. Petersburg Police have identified a second suspect in the June home invasion robbery that killed Richard Shaw. They are offering a reward for help in finding him.
Justin Maurice Hart, 23, formerly of Grove Street South, is wanted on a first-degree murder warrant in connection to the early morning fatal shooting of Shaw during a home invasion robbery, at 7014 Orpine Drive North.
Police already arrested Charles C. Stone, who was charged in the case on Aug. 10. They are asking the public's help in finding Hart, who was released from prison in 2010 after serving time for burglary assault and burglary.
Hart has numerous tattoos, including an image of burning buildings on his left forearm, with the words "Da Burg" underneath; "Ronnie," on the right wrist; and "Vannessa," on the left wrist.
Detectives believe that Hart may be armed and dangerous. He is aware
that detectives are seeking to arrest him, police said.
Homicide detectives are offering a reward for information that leads to Hart's
whereabouts and arrest.
