Here are some closures and schedule changes for St. Petersburg government offices, facilities and services over the holiday weekend.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — With St. Petersburg residents celebrating Thanksgiving on Thursday, here are some closures and schedule changes affecting government offices, facilities and services over the holiday weekend.
St. Petersburg Government Offices: Closed Thursday and Friday.
St. Petersburg Trash and Recycling Collection: Thursday’s regularly scheduled collection took place on Wednesday. Friday’s collection will remain the same.

Brush and Debris Drop-Off Sites: The following sites are closed Thursday, reopening Friday for normal business hours, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.:
- Raytheon DMS Site Located at 1953 72nd St. N.
- 1000 62nd Ave. NE.
- 7750 26th Ave. N.
- 2500 26th Ave. S.
- 4015 Dr. Martin Luther King St. S.
- 2453 20th Ave. N.
Disaster Recovery Center at the Enoch Davis Center: Closed Thursday and Friday, reopening Saturday.

St. Petersburg Libraries: All locations are closed Thursday and Friday.
Pinellas County Schools: Closed through Friday.
PSTA: Buses will operate on a holiday schedule, which is the same as Sunday, on Thursday. The InfoLine and Customer Service Centers are closed Thursday.
Boyd Hill Nature Preserve: Closed Thursday.
