The following report shows charges associated with residents in Tarpon Springs booked at Pinellas County Jail between June 20-26, along with other arrests by Tarpon Springs PD.

The following report shows charges associated with Tarpon Springs residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Feb. 20-25. All arrests were made by the Tarpon Springs Police Department unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

June 20

Tyron Swain, 45, of Clearwater, was arrested on felony charges of burglary of an occupied conveyance and dealing in stolen property. He was released on his own recognizance.

June 21

David Ashcraft, 42, transient, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of retail theft. He was later released after time served.

Amanda Detwiler, 22, of Clearwater, was arrested on a felony charge of strong arm robbery. She was bonded out for $10,000.

Michael Evans, 24, transient, was arrested on felony charges of possession of a clonazepam and possession of morphine. Evans' bond is set at $2,250 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail. 

Austin Hayden, 21, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on felony charges of sexual battery and driving with a suspended license and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana. He was bonded out for $13,000.

Colin Morganstern, 35, of Palm Harbor, was arrested on felony charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on his own recognizance. 

Megan Palmer, 22, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of retail theft. She was bonded out for $150.

Loretosha Wallace, 36, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault on a law enforcement officer. She was bonded out for $150.

June 22

William Luman, 58, of Oakhill, was arrested on felony charges of petit theft and failure to appear in court. Luman's bond is set at $60,013 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.

Eugene Scott, 30, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and carrying a concealed weapon. Scott's bond is set at $150 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.

June 23

Pedro Basquezgarcia, 22, transient, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing over a fence. He was later released after time served.

Arthur McDougal, 55, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of marijuana.

June 24

Donald Tardiff, 54, of Oldsmar, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. He was bonded out for $500.

June 25

Linda Flanagan, 53, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of battery. She was released on her own recognizance. 

Jeremy Howard, 25, of Oldsmar, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He was bonded out for $300.

Joshua Seymour, 24, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on felony charges of burglary, loitering and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. He was released on his own recognizance.

Stephen Walker, 25, of Crystal Beach, was arrested on felony charges of two counts of burglary on an unoccupied conveyance and loitering. Walker's bond is set at $10,250 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.

June 26

Robert Deegan, 47, transient, was arrested on a felony charge of petit theft. Deegan's bond is set at $5,000 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.
