Driver Shoots Man In Vehicle In Tarpon Springs; Police Seek Tips

TARPON SPRINGS, FL —Tarpon Springs police are searching for a person driving a white four-door car who shot a person sitting in a vehicle Thursday night.

At 10:18 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of South Grosse Avenue and found a victim struck by gunfire while sitting in a vehicle in front of 706 South Grosse Ave.

The victim was transported by friends to Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson with injuries that are not life-threatening.
