Fleeing An Officer, Prowling, Trafficking: Tarpon Springs Arrests

The following report shows charges associated with Tarpon Springs residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between July 18-24. All arrests were made by the Tarpon Springs Police Department unless noted otherwise. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime. 

July 18

Lawrence Hudson, 58, transient, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of having an open container of alcohol. He was released from the Pinellas Count Jail after time served.

Shamon Worles, 29, of New Port Richey, was arrested on felony charges of possession of marijuana and possession of crack cocaine. Worles' bond is set at $1,150 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.

July 19

Neil Biswas, 25, of New Port Richey, was arrested on felony charges of trafficking cocaine, trafficking oxycodone, possession of cocaine and possession of oxycodone. Biswas' bond is set at $54,000 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.

William Brush, 67, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. He was released on his own recognizance. 

James Pemberton, 31, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of oxycodone. He was bonded out for $5,000.

July 20

Corey Kreuter, 59, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a felony charge of possessing a controlled substance. He was release on his own recognizance. 

Joshua Seymour, 25, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on felony charges of burglary, possession of burglary tools and loitering and prowling. Seymour's bond is set at $10,300 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.

Ashley Spadola, 25, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of obtaining property in return for a worthless check. She was bonded out for $213.

July 21

Mary Howard, 60, of Clearwater, was arrested on felony charges of theft and possession of crack cocaine. She was bonded out for $4,000. 

July 22

Kayla Kempter, 24, of Clearwater, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of trespassing, criminal mischief and having an invalid driver's license.
Kempter's bond is set at $1,413 and she is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail. 

July 23

John Koulias, 27, of Tarpon Springs, was arrested on a felony charge of fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer. He was released on his own recognizance.
 

July 24

The Tarpon Springs Police Department recorded no arrests of Tarpon Springs residents on this day.
