Body Of Missing Man Found Floating In Salt Lake In Tarpon Springs
A witness at the Bridge Lounge heard a man calling for help from the nearby waters during the early morning hours Tuesday.

TARPON SPRINGS, FL — A man who fell into a canal off the Anclote River near the Bridge Lounge early Tuesday morning has been found dead.
After an extensive search by Tarpon Springs police and fire marine units and Pinellas sheriff's helicopters, the body of Robert Fiscus, 28, was found at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday floating in Salt Lake near Riversedge Ridge Road.
Tarpon Springs police were called to the Bridge Lounge, 1056 N Pinellas Ave., Tarpon Springs, at 3:40 a.m. after a witness reported hearing a man calling for help from one of the nearby canals along the Anclote River.

Police couldn't find the man, but did find his bicycle and a cell phone that belonged to Fiscus.
Tarpon Springs police said the body was positively identified as Fiscus and has been turned over to the Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death.
