Bringing Marco’s pizza to the area is the new owner and Vice President of Operations Matthew Simonetti. Originally from New York, Simonetti has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years. After starting with Marco’s five years ago, Simonetti now has ownership stake in more than 25 locations.
