• Cathedral names 2026 dove bearer ahead of Epiphany Week (baynews9.com) — Tarpon Springs’ St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral has chosen local attorney and longtime choir member Sylvia Marakas as the dove bearer for the 2026 Epiphany celebration, a 120-year tradition in the city. With deep family roots in Tarpon Springs and Pinellas County, she’s active in cathedral ministries and says she’s deeply honored to serve in this symbolic role.
