Tarpon Springs Man Struck By Car, Killed
The man was attempting to cross U.S. 19 just north of Alderman Road.
A 62-year-old Tarpon Springs man has died after being struck by a car Wednesday night, according to this Tampa Bay Times story.
Dany Ramos of Tarpon Springs was crossing U.S. 19 April 24 when he was struck by a car driven by a Holiday woman. Ramos was crossing a portion of the street just north of Alderman Road that did not have a crosswalk, according to the Times story.
The driver of the car, 33-year-old Shelly Ann King, and her 9-year-old passenger were not hurt.
