Water Line Break in Tarpon Springs
A boil water notice has been issued for a number of area locations.
The City of Tarpon Springs is notifying occupants on South Disston Ave. between East Tarpon Ave. and East Lime St. after a water line break occurred at a construction site on Tuesday.
The water supply is currently off, but service is expected to be restored within one hour. Boil water notices are being distributed to the affected residences and businesses.
Approximately 14 businesses are affected.
Water sampling will be conducted when services is restored and will continue tomorrow morning. Sampling results usually takes about two business days.
