30th Street Closes Monday Between Bougainvillea and Poinsettia

A new stormwater force main will be installed on 30th Street, closing a portion of the road through Nov. 14.

Beginning Monday, 30th Street between Bougainvillea and Poinsettia avenues is expected to be closed to through traffic, according to the City of Tampa’s Transportation Division.

The closure is due to the installation of a new stormwater force main on 30th Street, which is part of Tampa’s Duck Pond Stormwater Improvement Project. This work is expected to be complete by Nov. 14.

The City of Tampa recommends that motorists use McKinley Drive to avoid traffic congestion. Local access will be maintained from Busch Boulevard.
