2. The City Council is expected to adopt the 2011-12 millage rate and budget at their meeting tonight after hearing public comment.
3. Also tonight, Hillsborough County is looking for input on it plans to make on Fletcher Avenue between Nebraska Avenue and 50th Street.

4. dedicated its new multi- purpose building over the weekend.
5. A new coffee and tea place at 11706 N. 51st St. called Felicitous Coffee and Tea opened last Friday. We just happened to see it yesterday morning on our way to Starbucks and tried it out instead. The mocha frap was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing.
