Crime Report: Thieves Steal Unattended Golf Bag and More

The following information was supplied by Community Service Officer Tracy Mishler, of the Temple Terrace Police Department.

Grand Theft
Oct. 26, 9:40 a.m.
South Glen Arven Avenue and Bullard Parkway
A golfer was on a tee and left his golf cart unattended while putting, Mishler said.

An unknown suspect grabbed the golf bag from the golf cart and ran off, placing the bag into the trunk of the suspect vehicle, a silver or light-colored four-door.

The bag contained clubs, jewelry and credit cards. The cards were used in the West Tampa and New Port Richey areas.

The suspect is described as a white male, age 30-35, 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall, 150 to 170 pounds. He has brown or dirty blond hair and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and red shorts.

400 block of Montrose Avenue
An unknown subject cut off two orange-colored side saddle bags from a motorcycle.

Burglary Auto
Nov. 1, between 11 and 11:20 a.m.

An unknown subject broke the passenger side window of a 2001 GMC Yukon and stole a large yellow purse, Mishler said. The vehicle was parked near the tennis courts.

Burglary Residence
Nov. 1, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
7900 block of Citrus Drive in the Meadowood Condos
Unknown subjects entered the residence by forcing open a front kitchen window, Mishler said. They took two laptop computers, a portable hard drive and a $1 bill. They exited through a sliding glass door.
