Update: Thanks to help from a reader, this dog's owner has been found. The dog's name is Mattie, and she is now safe at home.
A Temple Terrace resident found a tan-colored dog Wednesday morning on 113th Avenue between Gillette Avenue and North Riverhills Drive. She has no collar and no microchip.
