'Footloose' Begins Tonight
Masque Community Theatre's newest production will run from tonight through Dec. 11 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
βs production of begins tonight, and it promises to be exciting and uplifting.
Thatβs according to director Ruth Kegel in a story by Joyce McKenzie that was published on TBO.com Nov. 23.
The show is based on the 1984 movie starring Kevin Bacon in which a boy from the city moves to a small town where rock music and dancing have been banned.

In anticipation of the showβs opening, Masque actors have visited local events and performed excerpts from the show. Patch caught them at the Nov. 12 and Nov. 20. Young actors danced and sang to upbeat music with smiles on their faces.
The production will take place at the on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. through Dec. 11. Tickets are available onlineΒ and cost $14 for adults, $12 for students, seniors and members of the military, and $10 for children younger than 12.
