Witches, ghosts and other spooks took over Temple Terrace Oct. 31 for Halloween. Businesses in the River Run Preserve shopping center had a special to kick off the evening.
"It gives the kids something safe to do on Halloween," said TRS ' Wesley Wortham of the second annual event.
Randy and Elizabeth Sullivan, owners of , said they enjoy the kids.

"We don't have children young anymore, so this is a way for us to interact with the kids," Elizabeth said. "I just love the expressions on the kids' faces."
