How Felicitous Makes a Regular Latte

Regular lattes are arguably the most popular drink at coffee shops, said Britani Farley, manager at Felicitous Independent Coffee House in Temple Terrace.

Here, Farley shows how Felicitous makes its version.

Farley has worked at Felicitous for just more than a year, and was promoted to manager last week. She said she became obsessed with coffee as a teenager when her sister worked at Starbucks.

"I just really like coffee," she said.

She also added that she's excited about starting in-house roasting at Felicitous, a technique the coffee shop is hoping to introduce by this fall.
