If you love ice skating, itβs time to get out your calendars. Curtis Hixon Park in downtown Tampa will once again turn into a winter wonderland this November. City officials have confirmed the return of the ice rink for the fourth year in a row, startingΒ Nov. 21, according to TBO.com.
