School Board Chooses New Districts
Temple Terrace's representation changes slightly under the new boundaries.
The Hillsborough County School Board adopted new voting districts Tuesday as required by state law the year after the 2010 census is taken.
In the new map, Temple Terrace lies in Districts 3 and 5. District 3 is represented by Jack Lamb, and District 5 is represented by Doretha Edgecomb.
The revisions will not affect which schools students attend, bus stops, or the availabiltiy of transportation to particular schools.

The new voting boundaries have to be approved by the federal Department of Justice before they can take effect next year.
