She creatively seeks resources and makes connections to bring STEM opportunities to her classrooms. She created a summer program for girls who traditionally shy away from math and science as they get older when in the presence of boys.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

She believes in the motto "Learning for all, no matter what it takes." She uses a wide variety of teaching methods in order to reach all of her students.
