Temple Terrace To Be Transformed Into Winter Wonderland
The festivities will include a lighted golf cart parade, a tree lighting and caroling.
TEMPLE TERRACE, FL — Snow is in the forecast for Temple Terrace on Saturday, Dec. 3, during the city's Winter Wonderland event.
The city of Temple Terrace Leisure Services Department once again will host this annual community holiday gathering from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Woodmont Park, 407 Woodmont Ave., and on the first fairway of the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club.
The festivities will include a lighted golf cart parade, a tree lighting and caroling.

This free event features activities for the whole family, including a snowslide, carnival games, music, kids' crafts and a hayride. The tree-lighting ceremony will take place at 7 p.m., with community caroling immediately following.

The lighted golf cart parade starts at 6 p.m. from the Family Recreation Complex at 6610 Whiteway Drive and ends at Woodmont Park. Golf carts and drivers for the parade currently are being sought. There is a $10 participation fee that includes a 2023 City Golf Cart registration.
Drivers must be 18 years or older. Participants must register in person at the recreation complex.
