The Golden Marriage Carriage Offers Free Weddings on Valentine’s Day
Sobeida LeBlanc is offering to marry couples at Woodmont Park Feb. 14 at no charge.
If you want to tie the knot in a romantic setting on Valentine’s Day, Sobeida LeBlanc has a free option for you.
LeBlanc will marry you and your sweetheart at Woodmont Park and won’t charge you a dime.
“It is a proven fact that Feb. 14 is the date with the most recorded marriages,” LeBlanc said. “With the current economic conditions, a lot of couples do not have the means to fund elaborate weddings and simply choose to go to the court house to get married, so I wanted to offer this amazing opportunity to marry 14 couples totally free, in a beautiful and romantic setting.”

LeBlanc has worked for the City of Temple Terrace since 2001 and began working in the City Clerk’s Office in 2005. One of her roles is performing marriages, and she said she’s fallen in love with the task.
“Working in this office, I realized the community’s need for economical but beautiful ceremonies,” she said. “I enjoy this part of my job so much that I decided to start my own business officiating marriages.”

She created The Golden Marriage Carriage last April, and she’s “kicking-off” with the Valentine’s Day wedding event to promote her mobile wedding services.
“While there are many other companies out there offering these services, I feel that the prices and beautiful theme packages that I offer, along with my passion and dedication will set The Golden Marriage Carriage aside from the rest,” she said.
